Invitation to the launch of Michal Konečný's new book

The Brno publishers Host and VUTIUM bring a new overview publication devoted to the history of art in Moravia. The author is Mgr. Michal Konečný, Ph.D., the author of a number of popularization publications devoted to the history of Brno in the 20th century, who currently works as an academic at the Faculty of Architecture of the Brno University of Technology and is an expert at the National Heritage Institute, for which he has published titles devoted to aristocratic mansions and their owners.

The book, with its extensive pictorial appendix, tells the long story of art in Moravia in a readable way and, in addition to painting, architecture and sculpture, also pays attention to the people who are inextricably linked to it.
